The combination of aptamer-based fast-start Taq DNA polymerase, optimized reaction buffer and ulrapure dNTPs ensures consistent results, rapid set-up time and lower risk of pipetting errors. The Taq DNA polymerase has a 5'-3'-exonuclease activity and therefore, can be used for hydrolysis probe-based real-time PCRs.
